After working with the State of NJ as a social worker for 15 years, Arlene, also known as "Glassy Brown ", decided to take a leap of faith and pursue her passion for baking cookies.
Since entering the culinary world in 2015, Glassy Brown has expanded its operations both online and with multiple storefront locations that provide full-service catering for local customers and corporate clients. She also supports her local community by offering consultations to other small business owners and hosting cookie classes for youth.
Glassy Brown Cookies is a delectable cookie boutique specializing in turning cake flavors into cookies. Cookies are available in a variety of flavors and allergen-free alternatives such as apple pie, peach cobbler and banana pudding. Customers can even design their own personal cookie flavor!
Their standard menu selections are diverse and available in options such as cookies, cookie cakes, cookie milkshakes, and yogurt parfaits.
