End Goal in Mind: A Focused Mindset
A mogul mindset must work with the end goal in mind.
You will encounter obstacles as you navigate through life and with this, you will have to see what you are working for in the end before you obtain it. It will be important to have bulldog faith and determination. A faith that latches on, holding tight to your vision despite the challenges you face.
I was recently blessed to be in a room with phenomenal women working in various fields and from various backgrounds whose testimonies of overcoming challenges left many feeling inspired and encouraged in knowing that you don’t have to only think mogul, but with hard work, faith, focus, and determination you can go from thinking mogul to being a mogul who makes a difference in the area in which you have been called.
Ladies, if you know you have been called to an assignment regardless of the calling, set your eyes on your target and be determined to not stop until you reach the goal. I know that God doesn’t give us dreams and ideas if they aren’t obtainable. What you need is within reach but getting there starts with a shift in thinking and working from the start with the end in mind.
You will face challenges, hurdles, and losses but it is all part of the process. It’s time to come from the back and off the sidelines and get in the game. A mogul starts with a shift in thinking and the willingness to come from a place of comfort to a place of being stretched. No longer thinking small or hiding behind your gifts and talents to make others in their complacency feel comfortable. Surround yourself with like-minded women and women who are on levels you desire to get to. Be open to being taught and receiving constructive criticism and most importantly always submit your plans to God, trust in Him, and watch Him bring them to pass.
